Relax in casual, yet elegant accommodations reminiscent of a Renaissance villa in the stately AAA Five Diamond Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, Miami. The design was inspired by Villa Vizcaya, a nearby national landmark on Biscayne Bay, photos of which grace the walls of each guestroom. Accommodations include 77 deluxe guestrooms, 20 Bay View rooms, 17 Executive Suites and one Presidential Suite with views of lush tropical gardens and the city skyline beyond.
For your convenience, we have reserved a block of rooms at special conference rates. These rates are only valid through October 17, 2008. Single/Double occupancy- Standard Room $129.00, Single/Double occupancy- Bay View $179.00. These room rates are subject to tax, which is currently 13%. Additional hotel fees include Baggage Handling: $10 total, per room, in and out one time fee and Room Attendant: $4 per day, per room.

Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend, you are encouraged to send a substitute. Program refunds, less a $25 service fee, will be given in response to written or FAX requests. All refund requests must be received prior to October 17, 2008. No refunds will be granted after this date or for non-attendance.
Parking
The Ritz-Carlton - Valet Parking: $12 day rate, $30 overnight.
There are metered spots all around the hotel, on 27th avenue as well as Tigertail Ave.
Miami Parking Garage #8 (Oak Avenue Parking Plaza Garage) is nearby. The address is 2850 Oak Avenue, Coconut Grove

Airport Shuttle Service
Super Shuttle services all airline terminals at Miami International Airport. The cost is $20 per person to the Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove.
Reminder: Meeting room temperatures and personal comfort ranges vary widely. Because meeting rooms always seem cold, please bring a sweater or a jacket.
